- Embark on a great 14 days journey with IHM
  
  Day 1: FLIGHT TO LISBON, May 12, 2025
  We will meet at Newark Airport at 8:00 PM, ready for our adventure! Our flight, operated by TAP Portugal, departs at 10:50 PM for Lisbon, Portugal.
  Day 2: ARRIVAL TO LISBON May 13, 2025
  Arriving in Lisbon at 10:50 AM, we’ll transfer to our hotel, check-in, and enjoy a delicious lunch. In the evening, we’ll explore the magnificent Royal Monastery of St. Jerome, a 16th-century architectural wonder from the Age of Discovery, funded by the wealth of Portuguese explorers. Next, we’ll visit the iconic Belem Tower, a fortress once built to guard the harbor. After a guided tour, we’ll have dinner and rest overnight in Lisbon.
  Day 3: LISBON May 14, 2025
  After breakfast, we embark on a panoramic tour of Lisbon, starting with a visit to the Church of St. Anthony of Lisbon, known to many as St. Anthony of Padua. Though he died in Padua, Italy, he was born in Lisbon, and we’ll celebrate Mass at the site of his birth. Following the service, we’ll visit the gift shop and museum. Dinner and overnight in Lisbon.
  Day 4: SINTRA & CABO DA ROCA May 15, 2025
  Today, we’ll venture to the enchanting town of Sintra, a former retreat for 19th-century aristocrats and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We’ll enjoy lunch, stroll through its fairy-tale castles, and soak in breathtaking mountain views. Later, we’ll head to Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of Europe, for an unforgettable view. In the afternoon, we’ll sail along Lisbon’s coast, passing landmarks like Castelo de São Jorge, Ponte 25 de Abril, and Torre de Belém. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Fado dinner and performance, immersing yourself in Portugal’s soulful music. Overnight in Lisbon.
  Day 5: FATIMA May 16, 2025
  We depart for Fatima, where the Blessed Mother appeared to three shepherd children in 1917 with a message of peace for a world in turmoil. We’ll begin with Mass at the Little Chapel of the Apparitions, where the Virgin Mary appeared. Next, we visit the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima, which holds the tombs of the three visionaries and altars dedicated to the mysteries of the Rosary. We will then visit the childhood homes of the shepherds in Aljustrel and follow in their footsteps on the Via Sacra, commemorating the Passion of Christ. Our day concludes with a rosary and candlelight procession, as requested by Our Lady—dinner and overnight in Fatima.
  Day 6: BATALHA & NAZARE May 17, 2025
  After breakfast, we’ll explore Batalha, founded by King João I, in honor of Portugal’s victory at the Battle of Aljubarrota in 1385. We’ll visit the Monastery of Santa Maria da Vitória, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, then head to Nazare, a popular seaside resort built on towering cliffs. After visiting the Holy Mother Church and enjoying lunch, we’ll return to Fatima for dinner and overnight.
  Day 7: PORTO May 18, 2025
  After breakfast, we journey to Porto, one of Europe’s oldest cities, brimming with history. We’ll visit the stunning Gothic Church of São Francisco, renowned for its Baroque interior, and enjoy leisure time and lunch in the city center. We’ll cap off our time in Porto with a visit to a local winery for an authentic Porto wine tasting before heading to Santiago de Compostela for dinner and overnight.
  Day 8: SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA May 19, 2025
  We explore Santiago de Compostela, a city steeped in the tradition of the pilgrimage to the Shrine of St. James. According to tradition, the Apostle James preached here for seven years, converting many before returning to the Holy Land. We’ll visit the 11th–13th century Cathedral, a Romanesque masterpiece, and celebrate Mass. After lunch, we’ll explore the Old City. Dinner and overnight in Santiago de Compostela.
  Day 9: BARCELONA May 20, 2025
  Our morning flight takes us to Barcelona, arriving at 11:30 AM. We’ll begin our guided tour at Montjuic, the city's birthplace, and continue to Plaza de Espana and Plaza de Catalunya, famous for hosting concerts, festivals, and more. Our day will culminate with a visit to Gaudi’s awe-inspiring La Sagrada Familia, the largest unfinished Catholic church in the world, designed with 18 symbolic spires. Enjoy a free shopping, sightseeing, or dining afternoon before checking in at our all-inclusive hotel in Costa de Barcelona.
  Days 10–13: SANTA SUSANNA, ALL INCLUSIVE 3 DAY LEISURE May 21–25, 2025
  All-inclusive leisure time! You’ll have the option to join small group tours or relax and explore at your own pace.
  Day 14: RETURN TO USA May 26, 2025
  We’ll say farewell to Barcelona and fly home. Departure from Barcelona El-Prat at 3:00 PM with a brief stopover in Lisbon, arriving in Newark at 9:00 PM.

  What is not included?
  Passport Expenses: Passports or any additional documents that may be required must be valid for 6 months from the return date.
  Personal Items: Laundry, other beverages (wines, liquors, mineral water, tea, coffee, etc.), food that is not on the menus of your included meal package, and any additional luggage.
  Non-itinerary fees: Any sightseeing, other services, or personal items not specifically mentioned as being included in the itinerary.
  Cancellation Protection Plan: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance upon registration. (Deposit + 3% of the total price)
  Lunch: The meal plan offers two meals per day: Breakfast & Dinner. You are responsible for lunch or meals not specified in the program’s itinerary.
